Glamis Castle, Forfar, Angus DD8 1RJ, Sat 13th & Sun 14th July
The largest gathering of veteran, vintage and classic vehicles in Scotland, the Extravaganza really is a wonderful way to spend a weekend. Glamis, the childhood home of Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother, is described as Scotland’s most spectacular castle, 25 miles from Perth and just 12 from Dundee, Glamis is perfectly located for an exploration of Perthshire and the Angus glens either before or after the event while the Castle and grounds are there to be enjoyed throughout the weekend. There is also the new V&A Museum in Dundee which is a must-see. Bringing your Peugeot to Glamis to be part of the CPUK display gives free access to the event for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16. Ideally, you would join us for the whole weekend but no problem if you can only make it on the Saturday or the Sunday.
